DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate the first-generation students, faculty, and staff who make Salve Regina a vibrant community. Throughout the day, you’ll find opportunities to connect with peers and mentors, share your story, and celebrate the persistence it takes to be the first in your family to pursue a college degree.\n\nA first-generation student is a student whose parent(s) or guardian(s) did not complete a four-year college degree.\n\nAll are welcome to join in all of the days events, whether you’re a first-gen student, a supporter, or someone who wants to learn more.\n\nIf you are a first-generation faculty or staff member and would like to support first-generation students after First Generation Celebration day, let us know: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/WdLpT7Px1J\n---\nEvent Details: https://seahawkconnection.salve.edu/rsvp?id=380088
